&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Commander Falt is a bit of a curious entity, in that he's the ex-Chief Science Officer, now-Executive Officer, but without a replacement CSO, Commander Falt is still Freck's direct reporting officer. Still, the time  hasn't stopped him from being a valuable mentor in his short time at the station thus far, to which Freck is incredibly grateful. It's clear that the new XO is adjusting to his new role, but Freck is happy to help however he can to make the transition as smooth as possible.

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Freck would be thoroughly embarrased to admit, but Dekas - the Aurellian Chief Engineer of Denali Station - has captivated him, in a word. His bright, vibrant plumage, his equally vibrant personality, his beautiful singing, everything about him has Freck wanting to get to know him better. Naturally, that leads into an anxiety about coming on too strong or making any number of social faux pas that end up scaring him off, but he hopes, with time, to prove that fear to be entirely unfounded.

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;A strong Bajoran woman with something of an intimidating presence, Freck is frankly in awe of her brilliant mind. He doesn't illusion himself with the notion that he'd be able to foster a personal relationship with Captain Oddas the way he might try with other senior staff, but in the short time he's interacted with her, Freck believes the station is in more than capable hands.

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;An unfortunate incident with LTJG Yael means that Freck does his best to avoid the station's counselor out of shame. He'll have to confront him when the time comes for his mandated check-up, but anything he can do to prolong that meeting, the better, as far as Freck is concerned. Shame, though, the Denobulan's eyes are certainly a striking violet.

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;He really shouldn't be fascinated by someone just because they're an exotic species, but insectoids are one of the more interesting kinds of species to Freck, so of course he's going to naturally gravitate to him. At least, that's what Freck tries to tell himself. He's only actually spoken to him once so far, but Lieutenant Kettick's sense of humor was exactly the kind of humor Freck enjoys (although he definitely seems to be in the majority opinion on that front).

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;A woman as steeped in mystery as the archeological digs she oversees...Freck would assume. It's difficult to get a read on someone who goes from aloof to excitable the way Freck has seen her get. Still, her intellect has been display multiple times even in the short time he's worked with her.
