Sky Blake: Difference between revisions

Blake is a humanoid of [[Brekkian]] and [[Betazoid]] descent, standing at 5'10 with short blonde hair and emerald green eyes. She wears three rings on her right hand - denoting her marriage to [[Sabor]], placed on her thumb (a plain copper band), second (a plain gold band), and fourth (a stainless steel band with emerald gemstone) fingers, respectively.  

Because she is part Brekkian, Blake's body temperature is higher than that of the average humanoid - as such, her skin is surprisingly warm, if not hot to touch. She often wears layers when operating aboard [[Starfleet]] vessels, adding additional pieces to her uniform so to remain warm in what others do consider to be regular temperate environments. When ill, she does go so far as to wear thermal clothing to replace parts of her uniform or add more layers underneath it. Unless she is in her quarters, which tend to be set in the 30-degree Celsius range, she will wear comfortable form-fitting clothing when dressing outside of duty, the most skin exposed generally being her collar bone and above (as well as her hands). She will also consistently wear brightly colored but otherwise plain clothing.

That said, she thrives in hot climates, and returns to a casual getup when working in warmer environments, ditching uniform jackets and opting to wear shorts and singlets where possible. On duty, she will also be equipped with a [[Personal phaser#Type 2 "Aquila" Pattern|Type 2 Mark VIII NL Aquila]], rather than standard phasers.

 

Though she is not aware of it's cause, nor potentially of it's existence, there is a two inch long scar at the base of her lower back seemingly from a dagger-inflicted injury.
