Kerelians | Kerelians generally have nuclear, monogamous families but many engage in polyamorous relationships (long-term or short, much as monogamous relationships). They believe that the community in its entirety is responsible for the development of a well-versed citizen. Kerelian parents exchange children from family to family for 2 months of the year so they can experience different forms of art and lifestyles. Children choose a Klata (life path) at 16, at the much-celebrated Klata ceremony.
