Born in Actya Bay, Kerelia, Mathius was the third child in a set of triplets to Kyrel and Amari Moreau. His father is a member of the Kerelian Diplomatic Corp and his mother is a professor at the Kerelian Music Institute. A typical Kerilian, he is outgoing and friendly. Thanks to his supportive parents and community, he is a confident and conscientious young man. | |||
By the time he was 16, he chose a Klata, or life path of medicine and helping people. He stayed focused on becoming a doctor and graduated from the prestigious Kerelian Academy of Medical Sciences. Immediately upon graduating, he applied and was accepted to Starfleet Academy. | |||
