When Captain Haz Arrhimen of the USS Stormcrow learns of his brothers death on the SS Annabelle's Lament and that Star Fleet is sitting on there hands. He becomes crazed and vows to destroy all of what is left of the Romulan Star Empire. The USS Albion under the Command and Acting Captain [[Sal Taybrim]] is dispatched to try and stop the Stromcrow and talk him down.
