! | !Our mission ended almost anticlimactic compared to how it started. We flew into the Telden system and entered the fight between Xomites and currently still unknown species. We called them Bioships and K'frek, because that's what we heard from Teldenites and Xomites, but I hope we will be able to stay here for a bit and be able to learn everything we can about the species who seem to live in perfect symbioses. Bioships are exactly as it sounds, huge things, a combination of grown creature and metallic parts. The Bioships arrived to Telden to collect their hatchling, a baby bioship who hatched in front of our eyes. So when we stopped the battle between grown-up Bioships and Xomites (they are local freelancers, law enforcement, working for whoever seek their service, for pay of course). Our away team beamed to planet and soon found that this creature is hatching. A tall building fell on it and we flew down to remove the building and let it go. When it managed to leave the planet it flew to other ships who greeted him with fireworks of emotions and then they just plain vanished. I hoped they will talk to us or something, but nothing, they just left. . It was a good mission when think of it, we saved lot of lives with just one shot. | ||
Me? I'm fine. I am not fine. My tail is growing much faster than expected and it's straining my spine and back and I'm in lot of pain. But doctor says it can't grow forever, so in the end it will just end its growth faster. What is good, it means I will have a chance to remove it earlier than we originally projected. | |||
