When Adam first joined the Atlantis T'Var didn't really know him and neither really talked to the other.  It wasn't until Captain Blueheart disappeared that T'Var and Adam properly met.  They worked together on creating a device to produce a specially adapted dampening field and during this time they became very close friends.|}
