After Columbia recieved orders to investigate a series of accidents on Avronis V- a Romulan world notorious for being a contaminated antimatter disposal site- Theo began to notice odd occurences aboard the ship. The weapon system's targeting sensors were misaligned- even though he and Oori had repaired them after the previous mission and potentially explosive cargo that should have been stored were placed together.
