With his experience in variable mission profiles and sensitive assignments, Anen was drafted to serve on the newly relaunched [[USS Excalibur-A]] under the command of his former Commanding Officer, Fleet Captain [[Nicholotti, Kali|Kalianna Nicholotti]].
