I'm trying to figure out what the intention of the original writer is of this statement: "It is no coincidence that Columbia left dry dock almost exactly 400 years after her ancestor entered earth's orbit for the first time." Even if that was the Columbia that exploded, that would put the launch at 2403. However, I'm pretty sure that Columbia never made it into orbit, and we're simming in the year 2391 and this Columbia's been in service for at least a decade, so... not sure what's meant by this statement. -[[User:James T.
