==Selection and Training==
Unless special dispensation is given ever SAU operator has to pass selection and then training. The usual selection starts with around 100 to 150 of the top marines and after 2 weeks it is expected to drop to around 10 to 15 candidates. The selection process test all areas of the marine’s abilities from physical to mental and moral and includes several tricks to try and knock out candidates.
Once the marines complete selection they move to the training section where they all have to choose a speciality/skill that suits them on top of standard training. Despite the fact that training last 5 months there is constant being assessed and face being kicked out. Usally around 50% of trainees drop out.
