Background
Born on the starship Tasman in 2367, Solok has spent the biggest part of his youth in space. The Tasman was a small starship, and the crew was like a family for Solok growing up. At the age of 14, his father quit his job at Starfleet and started working for a medical practice on a small colony, so they all moved.
At the age of 19, he joined Starfleet Academy, firstly as a medical student, but he quickly found out he was better in engineering, so he switched courses.
