==Psychological Profile==

Had been through more than "a lot" in her career. The birth of her first child seemed to lessen the heavy mood swings, but had incurred more depression. Her hometown was destroyed, and, while she does not display any emotional response, it is evident that she is upset.
Personality profile has not yet been recorded.

After giving birth to Faith and being one of the victims of the Lornae bombings, Skyleena added more rational thinking to her post, but had displayed large quantities of irrational behaviour when she was on her own - sometimes she 'went off' at someone with sentences that did not make sense and argued and got angry at the simplest of problems. However, after being bonded to [[Sabor]], her emotional state improved significantly, and was pleasure to talk to (so long as certain subjects are not brought up, such as the death of her father).

Although progressing well, it was recommended that Skyleena continue to take her medication.

Doctor's Assessment

Sickbay Log

  • 238803.23 (Final Exam): Arm was burnt after a wall panel exploded on board the Meze.
  • 238804.28 (Between a Rock and a Hard ?): Let electrical charge loose in order to catch "Others".
  • 238805.16 (Between a Rock and a Hard ?): Let electrical charge loose in order to escape from "Others".
  • 238806.04 (Shore Leave): Crewman Aperon inflicted a knife in the chest that narrowly missed her heart and broke her right arm.
    • Surgery by Counsellor Diego Herrera saved her life.
  • 238807.25 (Hanging in the Balance): Spine severed via dagger by a Bajoran working in the Scarlett Brotherhood. Movement in legs completely gone. Telepathic hearing/use is also impaired for unknown reasons, presumably due to high stress levels.
    • Spinal cord was repaired by changing thalaron particles into metaphasic particles, which, when injected into her spine, repaired it. Her telepathy has also returned, but it is believed that high stress levels may produce problems in future for Blake.
  • 238808.16 ("Taking Care"/Where the Eagles Dare): Thoughts of those around her became "too loud". Presumably another 'stress attack'.
    • A telepathic inhibitor was placed in order to temporarily stop all use of telepathy for her. Her thoughts could still be heard by all telepaths, but she could not hear theirs.
    • Sky took off the inhibitor with confidence that her telepathy wouldn't affect her in her duty.
  • 238810.24 (Suns of Anarchy): Broke arm and severed electrical pathways.
    • Due to not being able to operate, the electrical pathways in her arms have to repair themselves with no medical help. Because of this, her arm was no longer able to move until the pathways had been healed to a major extent.
  • 238812.16 (Ghosteroid): Brekkian symptoms of pregnancy arise.
  • Unknown: Is given bupropion to regulate moodswings
  • 238907.08: Caught in the middle of the destruction of the Seritonian Senate. Is injuried - cracked skull, right side of her body burnt, left side severely bruised, right leg broken, and more.
  • 238909.15 (JM w/ USS Drake): Pain and blurriness in Blake's left eye occurs and is logged by Doctor Talya Robins. Due to mission at hand, there was no time to safely operate and fix the damage. Eye color begins to fade, indicating extensive damage, on stardate 238911.27.
  • 238910.30: Daughter Faith logged in for teething.
  • 239002.14: Doctor Robins fixes the damage to Blake's left eye. No problems during operation, eye color was restored within two weeks.
  • 239004.07: Knife wound to right shoulder. Bandaged by Doctor Pouge Romey, but is not fully treated until 239004.27 due to state of the Avandar.
  • 239007.--: Finds out she's pregnant with second child.
  • 239011.20: Goes to Sick Bay feeling sluggish and exhausted. Doctor McGregor gives Blake list of suggested foods and she is to have a follow-up appointment.
  • 239012.14 (The Dreamspinner): Collapses on Bridge due to suspected blood poisoning. Filter is placed on umbilical cord to stem the sharing of half-Vulcan blood.

Death

The Meridarna Hospital, the medical facility of which Blake and her family had been staying just after the birth of her son Ayeden, exploded due to a presumed terrorist attack. Although admitted, none of the Blake family had been found in the wreckage of the facility - her two children were later located at the Blake family home 100kms away in Kekorna. Unable to locate them or, worst case scenario, their bodies, Brekkian authorities labelled both Sky and her partner Sabor as missing - presumed deceased, on stardate 239104.20.

Almost two months later, after an anonymous tip, Blake's body was found in Kekorna forest on stardate 239106.02. Officials at Lornae State Health declared that there were no injuries of which may have been related to the explosion of Meridarna hospital, and no physical trauma was present. Doctors reported cause of death to be a brain aneurysm, and it was presumed that she had been deceased for a total of 5 hours before being found.

Starfleet notes that Blake's death certificate seems to be false in nature (as she is currently serving as Strategic Operations officer for the USS Veritas). As Blake is alive and well, Medical is unable to determine the identity of whom Meridarna Hospital claims to be Blake.
