SIM

To Sim is the act of writing and submitting a post written from your character's (IC) perspective. A Sim is an individual post, typically sent via email or Google Groups. The post will either be a self-contained scene or part of a larger scene involving other players (or "simmers").

Sims typically contain a combination of narrative / descriptive text and dialogue. General formatting guidelines can be found in the article, "Formatting SIMs". For more specific information on how to format or send a sim, contact your Commander Officer (CO) and/or Mentor, or consult with your ship's Player's Manual.
