Starfleet and the Colonial Coalition have no visual records yet of Finley, but eyewitness accounts describe him as a human with fire red hair.

In actuality, Silas Finley is a false identity created by Geoffrey Teller when he found himself caught up in some unforeseen antics in the Shoals.
