Seinhan is a city of 60,000 people, home to a community of artists, that is located on Eh'naan, one of the larger islands in the Attraxan Island chain on Rodul, the Rodulan home world. Picturesque and peaceful, with unique beaches that turn pink at sunrise and sunset, Eh'naan has always captured the interest of those with a creative soul. When the famed Basotile artist, Zan, made Seinahn his home, others followed, to learn, to experiment, to share their own art. Now, Seinhan has many artist colonies, museums, and theater groups. It has been described as a cultural oasis.
