The exact location of the Seccora system is unknown. The only known indigenous inhabitant is the Balivari, D'Taeon Maliin. Maliin is the head of Balivari Industries, located in the Par'tha Expanse and headquartered on the planet Illara Prime. Maliin never talks about his roots, and no one has ever been able to find the system since the original trader who "rescued" Maliin. That trader died under mysterious circumstances soon after Maliin came to the Expanse.
