Ensign Sikorsky is currently an Engineering Officer aboard the USS Discovery-C. She currently the Small Craft Operations Chief in charge of maintaining Discovery's fleet of shuttles and fighter craft.

Sikorsky's area of expertise is aerospace engineering.

Sikorsky can become particularly attached to vessels within her assignment. She was particularly upset by when the USS Discovery-B was decommissioned.

The Small Craft Operations Chief is at times belittlingly referred to as "The Small Chief", a humorous observation of her stature. The nickname is personally offensive to Sikorsky not because of her height or assignment, but because of her continual struggle to keep her weight within Starfleet regulations.
