Aron Kells
Raissa first encountered Aron while she was host to a race called the Community. She became counselor and advisor to him when he was captain of the Invicta. Over time they developed a warm friendship that led to him spending time with her family on Earth. They remained friends despite time and distance.
Rune Jolara
Raissa counseled Rune through some issues and eventually they ended up counseling each other and became friends. Raissa is godmother to Rune’s son Krystyn.
T’Lea
While their relationship began in a battle of wills, they developed mutual respect for each other and then friendship. T’Lea is one of the few people Raissa would trust to have her back in a difficult situation.
Alora DeVeau
One of the first people Raissa met when she joined the Garuda crew, Raissa soon found a friend to spend time with that didn't require a counseling session. I did not take her long to allow herself to be completely honest with Alora as the other woman was completely open and accepting of Raissa's quirks. Over time their friendship has bloomed into a strong bond of trust and loyalty.
Jansen Orrey
Raissa consulted with Jansen on a couple of his cases where she developed professional respect for his abilities. While on a six month sabbatical on Earth, she was assigned to be his counselor following he experiences aboard the Gorkon when it spent a year in an alternate timeline. Once she had certified him mentally, they developed a close friendship and she helped him to make contact with his extended family. Especially in light of his medical condition that was slowly killing him. She was surprised to see him a few years later, now serving with her on the Veritas. During the Limbo Incident, he was on hand to deliver her daughter, Natalia, in some extremely primitive conditions. Something that brought them even closer.
Evan Delano
As with her relationship with Alora DeVeau, Raissa developed a friendship with Evan long before she ever had to meet with him professionally. While they don't spend as much time together as Raissa would like, she always find it easy to be in his presence and she accords him a high level of trust. Their friendship can sometimes be seen in the fact that both of them tend to be 'on duty' all the time, at least mentally.
Saveron
Initially a patient, Raissa had to struggle to relate due to his Vulcan nature during a counseling session. One of the most balanced individuals she had met, their relationship soon transitioned. Of all the beings on the ship, Saveron's counseling of Raissa and her telepathic ability was the most effective. Raissa finds his presence quite soothing and they have been known to spend meditation time together.
Chythar Skyfire
One of the first people Raissa met when she first joined the Garuda crew, she was shocked when he immediately asked for a
counseling appointment. While he did not seem to like her at first, he came to trust her and her dedication to helping him deal with his telepathic ability. Over time they became more than just a counselor and patient. Their relationship ship moved past that from friendship to family. Raissa is very fond of CD, though occasionally she feels the urge to smack him on the back of the head the way she would her siblings.
Carter Greyson
Despite the fact he was a patient, Raissa was immediately drawn to the tall tactical officer. She was able to help him deal with his 'fear aversion' issue with Tactical consoles as well as make the decision to become an engineer. The attraction turned out to be mutual and with the aid of a friend they confessed their feelings for each other. Unfortunately, Raissa's telepathic abilities is what came between them in the end. Once her level reached T6, she had no choice but to end their relationship, due to the danger she posed to him if she should ever lose control.
