PHYSICIANS' NOTES

  • SD 239506.20 - Medical Officer: Lt. Anath G'Renn, USS Blackwell
  • Medical Assessment: Commander Flores is physically in good health. The effects of exposure to a vacuum and the temperature fluctuations of space have been repaired. The exhaustion of the week's events and the lingering psychological troubles are obvious, but not under my jurisdiction. There are no physiological problems that require attention from the Department of Temporal Investigations.

COUNSELORS' NOTES

  • SD 239507.23 - Counselor: Lt. Commander Temmi Sh'Rao, Department of Temporal Investigations
  • Counseling Assessment: Rachel Flores has made some progress in accepting her current situation. She is more open to discussing coping strategies and has been more cooperative with investigators and the temporal reintegration staff. Attempts are being made to locate potential family members, but I don't recommend contact be made until Ms. Flores is ready. She has also been increasingly protective of the surviving crew of the Forthwith. In previous counseling sessions, she has expressed guilt over the death of Captain McMillan. Filling the void of leadership may be a strategy to cope with this grief.
