R'acha lived a simple life, playing with friends as most children do, but he also spent time reading and studying a various array of medical knowledge. Such materials were available to anyone that requested them on Corvia. Knowledge was never withheld from a citizen. After making it thru the years of educational learning, he applied, along with his siblings, to join Starfleet. R'acha was the only one accepted though. His sister then married an old friend. His brother joined the Corvia military police.
