Ensign Percival Maxwell, a Terran, is currently a counselor aboard the USS Avandar.

Hair: Black, short and styled in the latest fashion.

Build: Average build, not overly muscular.
Poses (Hands/Gestures, Feet/Legs, Torso/Head): Sits cross legged with fingers intertwined in lap. Will stroke his moustache or beard when he has one, which is only when it's fashionable.
Taste in Clothing (when off duty): Leather jackets, jeans and whatever is in fashion.
Voice: Confident if a little snobby.
Handedness: Right

Quarters: Filled with the latest gadgetry, wardrobe bursting with the latest fasions. Generally clean and tidy. He always likes to be ready to accept company.
Favorite Room: Ten Forward or the holodeck.
Habits: Checking himself out in the mirror. Making over the top boasts and fabricating achievements to try look good in front of the ladies.
Hobbies and Pastimes: Like Equestrian sports, swimming, parties.
Likes: Classical music, fashion and the latest gadgets, good food as long as he doesn't have to cook it himself.
Dislikes: Hates fights and violent conflict. He is a bit cowardly and will always be the first one to jump under a table and hide.
Ambitions and Goals: To gain recognition in the medical community as a great counselor and be popular with the ladies.
Achievements in Life: Getting one up on his brother by getting into and then graduating from StarFleet Academy.
Disappointments in Life: Not winning the first prize cup for the Novice Showjumping Competition in 2381.
Temperment: Generally cheerful and fun loving. Can be a bit snobby and in love with himself.
Mental problems (complexes and phobias): Is generally afraid of poisonous and biting insects and in fact just about anything that could in theory harm him and mess up his pretty face.
