Planetary Description

Paksos II is the second of three planets located in the Paksos System. It is a rich, vibrant jungle world filled with thick rain forests, an abundant of animal and planet life while also showing signs that a society once existed on the world. The our eight continents all covered in jungle and the weather is usually muggy with rainfall being very common.

Kodet

Kodet is the only moon that orbits Paksos II. It is slightly smaller than Earth's moon and showed signs that it had been mined extensively. Now, it is a stellar body covered with scars from the mining and pockmarks of multiple meteorite impacts.

Ancient Defense Network

In orbit around Paksos is an ancient defense network of large circular spheres about 600 meters in length and have what looks like spikes protruding from it in a symmetrical pattern. It was discovered by the USS Victory, that these ancient structures were a defensive net used to capture ships in orbit. After securing the ship in a energy field, the stations would move closer, put more pressure on the ship with a graviton field and in the end, shred the starship apart on the atomic level.

Recent History

The star system was first discovered by the USS Victory in 2391; it was lead there by an ancient Yeltan data cube.
