Oana is a Risian singer and bartender.
Born on Risa, Oana has two particular interests - music and booze. She was good at both and was a regular performer at a local establishment. After a while, however, she got bored with Risa and began to seek out opportunities to branch out beyond her planet. She seized the opportunity to play the best of both words on the Charles Lindbergh - a bartender and, when times called for it, entertainer for the starliner.
