New Horizons is an annual Starfleet conference. A massive affair, it hosts presentations and demonstrations of new technologies, theories and insights from all branches of Starfleet. Each year it is hosted in a different location, with a deliberate bias toward colonies rather than homeworlds.
In 2396, it was hosted by the Deluvia system.
