While demonstrating a head lock on Crewman Hamsan, I did not factor in his Bajoran physiology into my use of force. It was negligent on my part and I take full responsibility. Lt. Subject: Self-Defense Class Injury Incident
Personnel Involved: Lieutenant Junior Grade Aine Sherlock, Lieutenant Junior Grade Meidra Sirin, Crewman Second Class Hamsan Dwich
Incident in Question: Lieutenant Junior Grade Aine Sherlock requested that I show her self defense class some basic Vulcan techniques. While demonstrating a head lock on Crewman Hamsan, I did not factor in his Bajoran physiology into my use of force. It was negligent on my part and I take full responsibility. Lt. Sherlock was an impeccable instructor and is in no way to blame for my error in judgement.
