M'Wash was born on Stardate 236607.11 to her parents S'Cehrl and R'Huoo in a Caitian city. She attended local schools as required by law. M'Wash's academic grades were good but not excellent. Her parents wanted her to attend a university to pursue academic degrees. M'Wash considered her options, and she decided to become a Starfleet Officer, because she wanted to travel while being a scientist. She just didn't want to be a scientist.
M'Wash studied very hard for Starfleet entrance exam, because only selected few were accepted. Four years ago, M'Wash passed her entrance exam and started attending the Starfleet Academy. M'Wash decided to major in sciences and studied planetary geology and meteorology as her science specialties. She was always interested in other planets that occurred throughout the universe. She wanted to visit other planets and studied them.
