History

Lilly Collins was born as first daughter of Mark and Myra Collins. Her brother Robert was born two years later, her sister Catherine died in the age of four because of a heart disease.

Her father, a highly qualified warp engineer, tested his children in the age of 6 to find out, what his kids are capable of. In the age of 10, 13 and 16 - he reasoned that because the interests of children changes in their growing - he tested them too and Lilly was clearly his daughter, she went to the Trinity College in Dublin, where she graduated 4 years later as a warp field engineer and one year later she became a warp field specialist at the same university.

In her time after the university she joined a team to find better specifications for the warp drive and its core. She chose not to join Star Fleet because she don't wanted to be restricted in the way she would get her answers.

The reason why she joined Frank at the USS Gorkon was 90% love and 10% engineering possibilities aboard the ship.
