History
The people have never needed to struggle for food. Due to this they have developed into a peaceful race with lots of time to think, dance and create works of art.
Government
They have a council with elected representatives from each community. When ever one of the representatives wish's to be replaced his community will pick a new replacement for him.
Description
They appear to be typical humanoids with the following exceptions. They have no hair of any kind. Their ears are small openings low down on the side of their heads. Their skin tone is a dark reddish brown. They wear soft flowing robes of pastel shades and light sandles.
Physiology
Typical humanoid physiology with a typical set of ailments and diseases.
Psychology
For the most part well adjusted mentally with only a few cases of mental instability.
Religion
They believe they are the children of the Maker who's 50 foot statue stands in the center of the largest city of Culter.

All of their myths have to do with the Maker and his encourageing the people to do and create great works of art.

The Kavis people are a peaceful humanoid species that have developed a society of artists and thinkers.

Everything they do revolves around the creation of music, pieces of art and ever more intricate dances.
