  • Medical Assessment: Lieutenant JG Marshall is a 26-year-old Human female who presents with a third-degree disruptor burn on the left shoulder sustained during an Away Team mission to Sikuna. Dermally regenerated the skin and advised an overnight hospitalization for further observation.

  • Addendum: Lieutenant JG Marshall has been an exemplary patient overnight, however, once awake, requested an immediate discharge. Applied dermaline gel to the affected site of the regenerated skin and recommended continuous application of the gel until fully healed. Checked Lieutenant JG Marshall for signs of genetic splicing with the Terran Labrador.
