Background
Jason was the only son of Mary Craig, but he never knew his father. All he knows about his dad is that he was a marine. Jason’s mother had him while she was young and because of that they have a very close bond. He and his mother lived in Memphis for most of his life before he decided to pursue a career in the Marines. After a few failed attempts to join, Jason finally had to accept that the marines just was not going to happen for him. Knowing how much it meant to him, Jason’s mother finally convinced him to try joining Starfleet. He was overjoyed when he was accepted, but he struggled with his classes. Still, he had his mind set on being in tactical and security. Jason can be described as both laid-back and high strung.
