If I'm not mistaken, the location of the Sagittarius Dwarf Galaxy indicates the bottom right, where you've put Ithassa, is the Delta Quadrant. wp:Image:Milky Way Arms.svg should show that the constellation Sagittarius (sgr) is in the direction of the Galactic core from our perspective.
