Unnecessary
The rank of Captain and above are ALWAYS command rank/administration-type jobs. There should never, ever, be a time when captains and higher have any uniform colour other than red. Gold, teal, etc are unnecessary because the colours relate to teh departmental structure, and cpts and higher are always command (red). -Varaan 07:53, 5 December 2007 (CST)
