Ensign Faya Tiay is a Trill female. She is part of the Specialist Group assigned to the 501st Starfleet Rapid Response Task Group a newly commissioned Hazard Team. Commander Jones is the current Task Group Leader.

Faya is currently a HAZMAT Officer for the 501st Starfleet Rapid Response Task Group. Faya specialises in Xenobiology: Neuroscience & Engineering: Advanced Warp Systems.
