The dragool is a small dragon-like creature from the deserts of Vulcan. Red in color, the dragool has a leather-like skin that regulates its body temperature so that it will not overheat or freeze. With two large wings, the dragool is capable of flights of short distances and can hover in place. The only protection offered to the dragool are razor-sharp teeth and nails on all four feet. Their diet consists mainly of nuts and berries found in oases throughout the Vulcan deserts.
