Family History

Elandra was born in a Cardassian Prisoner Camp 2349. Her childhood was one filled with much pain and grief but small moments of happiness. Her parents were forced in to labour. Elandra was a very solitary child. Elandra and other children to young to work were placed in the care of certain designated workers or Ba'jueer's (foster mothers.) These woman were either Cardassian or Bajoran woman. Elandra's care taker was a Cardassian woman Guka. She was killed during the camp liberation. Elandra saw her shot and to this day blames herself.

Dar and her mother have always butted heads, her mother being overly protective had always tried to shelter her daughter once Dar was liberated from the Cardassian Interment camp. Dar's choice to join the fight against the Cardassian's was always a sore subject. Dar has inherited her mothers softer side, her motherly instinct her ability to be stern but also compassionate.

Gabriel and Dar fell madly in love while stationed together on the Constitution but due to alot of strain placed on the relationship by outside factors as well as professional they decided to part ways not long after the birth of there son Kalib. Not in contact anymore except for a birthday card every year on Kalibs birthday Dar does not know his whereabouts.

Kalib is his mothers pride and joy. The apple of her eye, her reason for living. He is now 9 years old and turning into a fine younge man. Missing the bajoran Ridges like his mother, he has startling blonde hair and the bluest eyes you will find. He is a smart yet easily distracted young boy who posses's his fathers charm and worldly curiosity.

• 2367.11.02 She graduated from Ju'caTempa Learning Institute in Ilvia, in the Ilvian province. She graduated in the top five of her group, with honors. She achieved a one of the highest ranks in her schooling excelling in Tactics, government policy and military management as well as Bajoran history.

• 2374 She left the Bajoran military. She decided to help with the rebuilding of Bajor and went Bajor VIII and helped rebuild the small settlements their in.

• 2375 She decided to join Starfleet Academy. For personal and professional reasons her parents accepted her decision and gave her their blessings.

• 238305.10 Welcomed her son into the world, born on Duronis while she served their.

• 2386.01.04 Took a leave of absence and returned to Bajor.

Psychological Profile

Dar Elandra had a troubled childhood raised in her early childhood in a Cardassian Internment camp were she witnessed many atrocities including the murder of her caretaker at that time. She also suffered from Post traumatic stress syndrome after the death of her fiance during the Bajoran war.

Elandra's family were rescued along with other Bajoran families from Gallitep Cardassian Prison camp when she was only eight years old. Elandra has not been able to forget her experience in the camp even though she was so young. Elandra has not returned to Bajor since joining the Academy and is still in much doubt weather she ever will.

Medical History

Nano probes were microscopic robotic devices used by the Borg for the primary purpose of assimilation. Injected into a target's bloodstream via assimilation tubules, the Nano probes immediately began to take over the host cells' functions. Soon after being assigned to the USS Constitution, the ship went on Shore leave to an unknown planet. While on the planet’s surface deactivated Borg drones were discovered. Upon investigating while on an away team mission deep inside the Caverns the drones had been discovered Dar Elandra was attacked by an unknown rodent like creature and bitten.

It was soon discovered that the creature(s) carried a biological antibodies that effectively assimilated and reprogrammed the anti-bodies and original DNA of Dar Elandra. Leaving her effectively immune to assimilation, pro-longing her life span as well as making her immune to disease, germs as well as aging.
