	Background

A refugee from the Gorkon’s time in the alternate universe where the Dominion won the war. (see: Annus Horribilis (Gorkon)). Dante was born on that universe’s version of Unmoth VIII. Unlike in the prime universe, there the food poisoning was the beginning of a biologic weapon test, which resulted in most of the population dying and the awakening of Dante’s dormant telepathic lineage. From there he spent his time avoiding the Dominion until he found his way into the crew of the USS Triumphant (alternate) where he did his part as an all around gopher. Once the crew of the Triumphant joined the Gorkon, he found himself in a similar position working as a runner between Sickbays for the Doctors Orrey, one from either universe, making sure they had the information they needed.

When the Gorkon returned to it’s home universe Dante accompanied it having no real binding ties to his home and continued to work as an assistant to Jansen Orrey.

When Jansen left Starfleet for a short time due to his illness, he helped Dante join Starfleet in the capacity of an administrative crewman. Dante worked his way through the two years at Starfleet Command spending his free time exploring this version of the Earth.

During his time on Earth he was drawn to Switzerland as it reminded him most of his home. Eventually he found a small plot of land near Moutathal and started a ranch as a place to call his own and to continue with some of the skills he developed before his life changed swiftly in his former home.

It came to him as a surprise when his friend contacted him about his imminent return to Starfleet and jumped at the chance to serve as his aide once more.
