Carter Rocheford was born in 2375 to Maxwell and Willow Rocheford. Carter's family had lived on Earth, specifically within the suburbs of New York City. He had always dreamed about one day, becoming a Starfleet Officer. Carter was always the "smart" one in the family, and always felt comfortable "crunching the numbers" or solving puzzles. He felt that it was natural to apply to Starfleet Academy to be an Engineering Officer one day. Carter is a very friendly individual, who always seeks to make everyone laugh or smile. He hopes that one day, he can use his skills to develop breakthrough solutions within the Starfleet Corps of Engineers, and become a big name within the Corps.
