• Beelam's acedemy transcript is bit of a complicated mess. School administrators are still trying to sort it out. During the academy Beelam studied Nursing with 6 courses in physiology to earn herself a minor. While at the academy Beelam struggled to adjust for the first couple of weeks. No major 'meltdown' but she does describe it as tunnel vision. Struggles came in with the large numbers of students, time management and understanding the content at a fast pace. Once she meet Sheila Bailey and Chen most of the time she just needed things explained to her in greater detail as they helped her know what to do.

• Beelam's pre and post academy medical record is to be held in the strictest of confidence. While reading through them please note the diagnoses made as they are important to keep in mind for her continued service on board a star ship. It is also to be noted that these 'troubles' occurred do to sudden change or memories brought up by the hosts.

Accommodations

• Accommodations for Beelam are quiet simple. Allow for breaks, explain or tell her what to do when needed. This last bit is really important during a 'meltdown' as it will help her know what to do to calm herself. Some phrases you can use if she has a 'meltdown' or seems up set are:
  • "We're going to take a break now"
  • "Deep breaths"
  • Lets talk about what happened"
    • Etc.
• It might even be ideal to keep a spare weighted blanket of 12 lbs near by her work station in case of emergencies.
