Yohan Bach was the former commanding officer of the USS Chicago and the USS Freedom-A. He retired as an Admiral on stardate 237306.
OOC Note: Yohan joined the group with its first couple of active months. He had soon earned his first command, the USS Chicago. After the Chicago was destroyed he was given command of the USS Freedom-A. Hogan created the first UFOP newsletter which was later revamped by Elinor of Kanist to become the UFOP reporter. Yohan was an important and influential figure in the UFOP's early days. He left the UFOP in June 1996 to concentrate on his character in a Star Wars RPG group.
