The Azure star is a class III main sequence star, type F (yellow, white spectrum) with a stellar mass of about 2.5. (in relation to Sol)

Location

The Azure system is located approximately 2 lightyears south west of Epsilon Outpost #11 right on the edge of the Azure Nebula in the Trinity Sector.

Azure I

  • it's orbit is approximately 185 million km from it's star
  • a hot rockball planet with a diameter of 14,309 km (8,943 miles).
  • a density of 5.1 and a gravity of 1.04 G's
  • no noticeable season variation due to there being no axial tilt
  • temperatures are on average 43C during the day and dropping to 32C at night, (in rare cases it has gone as high as 54C)
  • no surface water (all water is obtained through wells or drilling)
  • a thin atmosphere with a pressure of about 0.76 earth normal, (will need aid of respirator at any elevation above 500 feet) with nitrogen 72%, oxygen 23% and argon 3%
  • with a year of 332 days, each day 37.6 hours long
  • primary terrain features are sand and rock

Azure II

  • it's orbit is approximately 240 million km from it's star
  • a small gas giant planet with a diameter of 55,707 km (34,817 miles).
  • a density of 1.5 and a gravity of 1.2 G's
  • it has 5 tiny moons, 3 small moons and 2 medium moons

Azure III

  • it's orbit is approximately 295 million km from it's star
  • a barren planet with a diameter of 14,781 km (9,238 miles).
  • a density of 5.9 and a gravity of 1.24 G's
  • a minor seasonal variation due to there being an axial tilt 9%
  • temperatures are on average 33C during the day and dropping to 21C at night
  • only about 13% surface water
  • an atmosphere with a pressure of about 0.83 earth normal with nitrogen 73%, oxygen 22% and argon 5%
  • with a year of 332 days, each day 37.6 hours long
  • primary terrain features are rock and dirt

Azure IV

  • it's orbit is approximately 465 million km from it's star
  • a large gas giant planet with a diameter of 157,675 km (98,547 miles).
  • a density of 0.7 and a gravity of 1.58 G's
  • it has 4 small moons, 2 medium moons, 3 large moons and 1 huge moon
