Arturo was Born in 2366 to a couple of dentists in Leon, Spain. His childhood was protected, overprotected. In High School Arturo ended up with some wrong friends. He broke with his parents a few weeks after graduation and joined a private security contractor called "Death Head Hussars Inc.", which was more of a mercenary band though. (OOC: I will leave open the details of the next few years for future developments). Ultimativly, DHH was brought to trial, and Arturo told everything he knew. His friends abonded him.

In an attempt to redeem himself, Arturo enlisted his services to Starfleet. He started his training as a security officer at the beginning of the next year.
