Background
Alyson Stanford was born in Seattle as the third of three children. Her parents Jacob and Elaine Stanford are both scientist in xenobiology and botany and have worked with Starfleet on many projects, but has had the drive to enlist into service. Because of her exposure to Starfleet labs, Alyson made it her goal to follow in her brothers, Lt. Steven Stanford and Lt. Commander Christopher Stanford's footsteps of whom were already serving in Starfleet aboard the USS Arapaho and USS Posedidon. Alyson joined Starfleet Academy after graduating for school and quickly excelled in her training. She began to get notice from her instructors because of her ability to learn and develop concepts in quantum mechanics and physics.
