Welcome to the wiki :) If images are causing some trouble, links are case sensative. I've deleted the older pic, but if it wasn't showing on page, it was prob cos the ".JPG" bit was in capitals rather than the small letters of the links on the page. If you need any help, the Admins are here to help. Always good to see a new editor :) - Lt. SalakTalk 07:21, 6 July 2008 (EDT)
Thanks :) I gotta admit, trying to get my head around this is proving tricky... - Ensign Vetri
- Well you seem to be doing fine so far. Don't be afraid to ask if you come unstuck though, or if you want help with coding anything. :) - Lt. SalakTalk 07:53, 6 July 2008 (EDT)
Now you mention it... :) How do you set up the nav things that appear in the top right of some pages (e.g. Capt. Drawoh's)? I've been able to work out most of what I've done so far by trial and error, but I'm getting nowhere on that one. - Ensign Vetri.
- There are several different layouts for those. Have a look around at other profiles, pick the one you like best and I'll have a look if you like. - Lt. SalakTalk 10:23, 6 July 2008 (EDT)
Ideally, something like Cura Stone's one. Just with a different pic, obviously :) It seems to be the general theme for Ops character pages, so I thought I'd try and get mine to fit in.Della Vetri 10:31, 6 July 2008 (EDT)
- Take a look, should be in place now. I used T'Lea's as a framework, but made a few minor tweaks. Yours is prob the only profile on Ops where clicking hide on the Table of Contents actually does what it's meant to do now :D If you want it changed, you can have a play in the 118Wiki:Sand Box or just give us a shout. - Lt. Many thankings. that's just what I was after :) As for the contents list, my browser won't open the thing again, but that's something I can't be bothered to argue with the software about :P Della Vetri 10:38, 6 July 2008 (EDT)
- Works fine with me on IE... the hide tab is meant to hide the Table of Contents, but it hides a chunk of the nav on most pages. It should be replaced by a show tab on a one line header, saying "Contents [show]" or similar. - Lt. SalakTalk 10:41, 6 July 2008 (EDT)
Ah, IE. That may be the problem - I'm using Firefox :) Della Vetri 10:45, 6 July 2008 (EDT)
