-Groznin Smith has hated Starfleet, ever since the day his parents disowned him for taking on Jang, he felt Starfleet had corrupted them and he never forgave them for what they had done. He quickly left DS9 with Jang and joined a maquis cell, he learned how to fight and from then on helped the people Starfleet wouldn't. he made friends quickly and was soon known as 'the kid' due to how young he was and how he had an adopted son.
+Groznin Smith has hated Starfleet and the Federation, ever since the day they took Jang away from him, saying that as an 18 year old he couldn't give the attention and meet the needs of a 9 year old Klingon, Groznin quickly left his life in the federation behind and joined a maquis cell. He quickly gained the name 'the kid' or 'kid' due to his young age, at 18 he was one of the younger members of the cell and over the next 5 years he trained and learned the skills needed to become a fighter for the cell, to help those the federaton had abandoned or not given any help too.
+He Hopes that one day he can bring Jang to the cell so he can live away from the federation and make of his life what he wants, he doesn't know if this is possible but it is his primary drive and gives everything he has to make sure one day he can reunite with his not yet adopted son.
