I had been a member of the SDC for about a year. During that time I created a few original species for use in the Starbase 118 universe. | ||
The first thing I did when I became the new Director of the SDC was to start up a number of chats regarding the creation of a standard format for all species. What needed to be included, what sections should we have, how it should be laid out, etc. This turned out to be a very lengthy process and through trial and error the current wiki layout was selected, tweaked and altered till it met with the general approval of all involved.
