Zinna: Difference between revisions

Zinna was born to two very good parents on 218911.07. She was born and raised in a very middle class family where they weren't wealthy, but hardly ever struggled financially. When Zinna was around 20-40, she would go outside at night and watch the stars and every now and then see ships pass by and wonder what it would be like to be on one. When she was young, she had heard rumors about a species known as the Borg. She was told they were nothing but enemies and the Bright Lady did not like them. They were similar to demons to Christians. However, Zinna only thought these were mere myths and legends.

She worked with the El-Auria Police Department as an Interrogation Specialist with the rank of Detective. She often did crime scene investigation work and used her telepathy to aid in discovering a criminal's truths and lies. Her boss was Commissioner Dedato, and also a very good friend of hers. She worked at this position from 2219 to 2265. She also did some espionage work, but none major. Dedato and Zinna made the perfect team and always brought justice to El-Auria.

Not too soon in 2265, when Zinna was 76, her home world was assimilated by the [[Borg]]. Her parents didn't make it because they were crushed by a pile of rubble. Zinna's parents begged for her to help but Zinna was too afraid of Assimilation herself. She told them sorry and headed straight for the rescue ships. Once aboard, she saw Borg drones capture her parents. She considered herself the murder of their lives rather than the Borg because she had a chance to save them, but was too afraid.

Zinna also survived through the destruction of the two starships that carried refuges (SS Lakul and SS Robert Fox) She and a few other El-Aurians were saved by the USS Enterprise-B. She was then put on Earth in an orphanage. But was so strange was that Zinna didn't tell her other siblings they could transport to Earth. She was the last one transport off leaving her brothers and sisters to die! She didn't tell her siblings that that couldn't transport to Earth because they had been angry with Zinna ever since she left their parents to be assimilated by the Borg. They held a grudge against her and she held a grudge against them resulting in their murders.

After finding a place on Earth, she became a professional singer. She started off singing at bars, where she soon met a man named Conner, and had her first child in 2317, who is now seventy-two years old. She then began singing at weddings and other special events that paid a lot more money where she could support her first child. Her partner/pianist, named Edgar fell in love and in the year 2345 she had nine kids who are now forty-four. Once Edgar found out about the news and all the kids, he left her. Zinna was left alone for a while raising the kids until she hired two nannies who would help her raise them. Zinna still was a professional singer and also making a lot of money and more than enough to support her ten kids. Around 2350-2360 she got a second job to make even more money to help her kids get into college as she became a very successful forensic scientist and outstanding interrogator because of her telepathy and empathy.  

Zinna meets a famous writer named Fulian Xonhar who often wrote about Starfleet, the Federation, and space. They met each other when Zinna was being interviewed about how Starfleet can mold former prisoners into good officers. In 2366 they fall madly in love and have seven kids who are now twenty-three. Fulian had already had two kids, who are now twelve, but working and providing for them wasn't hard at all. Zinna soon marries Fulian in 237905.22. In 237912.05 [[Taxo]] is born and Fulian has just about had it with all of the kids driving him crazy. He tells Zinna he needs to go to Risa to write in peace, but by then Zinna was a cadet hard at training and couldn't keep the kids while he went to Risa. Around 2387 Zinna was continuously suffering from domestic abuse.  

In Zinna's academy years she met a very interesting woman named [[Delores,_Scarlet|Scarlet Delores]]. After they became very good friends Zinna finally told her how she was being abused by her husband. Scarlet told Zinna to toughen up and to not let things weaken her. Zinna thanked her for the advice. They were really good friends and even had some bad times when Zinna would what Scarlet would call "annoying" by:

Despite their many differences and nearly being opposites, they both love each other and are very very good friends and wouldn't want to have it any other way.

On 238807.22, Zinna was promoted to ensign and decided to be stationed on a ship. Fulian did '''not''' take the news well. He was furious because this would mean he would have to watch all the kids. He moved to Risa with the kids while Zinna served on the [[USS Independence-A]].
