changed the rowspan of the service awards given by Andrus Jaxx on 238801.01 so all 10 have N/A as the ceremony. again, couldn't make sense of the records. Will be updating the more modern promotions soon.

enlarged medal/ribbon sizes to 120px based off of Rich's actions for the Garuda awards page. removed width reqs on Ribbons column, removed Lt Cmdr from Diamond's name and "Lt. JG" from Dyron's name in the promotions table

deleted an instance of Captain Robin Phoenix that was in the wrong box. My bad, it was from my notes.
