CHRONOLOGICAL HISTORY:

Raised upon stories of Kahless and bloody glory, in the violent warrior culture of Qo'nos, M'reb never truly fit in. He was always to prone to thinking and talking things out before attacking. During his Imperial cadet cruise in 2382 'Old Earth Calendar', he dared to suggest that rather than destroy a ship caught trespassing in Imperial space, the wise course of action would be to find out why the ship had strayed into Klingon space and then if necessary, incarcerate the perpetrators.

Because of his perceived lack of aggression, he was savagely beaten and left for dead in one of the ships access corridors by his own father, who refused even to soil his dak'tag on the weaklings dishonorable blood. The Cardassian Doctor Entak Sassilin who was serving aboard the vessel found the youth and against direct threats of bodily violence by the M'reb's father, nursed the youth back to health. Needless to say M'reb was found unfit for service in the the Klingon Empire.

Denied an honorable death and even ritual suicide, M'reb was utterly lost until the Cardassian Doctor suggested service in the Federation's Star Fleet as an exchange officer. Time passed and he eventually made his way to Terra in the Sol System.

San Francisco, Earth, United Federation Of Planets. It was September in the year 2483, 'Old Earth Calendar'. He stood at the gates of Star Fleet Academy and breathed deeply of the dry, cold air. Terra's atmosphere in this region was very unlike the humid hot conditions of his planet of birth, Qo'nos.

He presented his identification to the guard at the gate who scanned it then handed it back with a smile. "welcome to the Academy Mr. qIjHov, Orientation will be in building A-Seven. Follow the pathway marked in blue."

He took back his identification and slipped it back into his Imperial Issued armor and tried to smile as the Human had done. Sadly his attempt at a cordial greeting seemed to be incorrect as the human's eyes grew just a tad bit wider. The guard quickly turned to the next new Cadet, leaving him to go along the designated pathway to the Orientation. He snarled in agitation, not so much at the guard but at his own ineptitude with human customs. This was going to be a very long four years.
