The Bung Kho Cartel is a codename for a criminal organisation known to operate in Ithassa Region, although its leadership may range back as far as Earth. It was first encountered in 2384 by the crew of USS Ursa Major on their covert mission to planet Bungh Kho in Tzenkethi space. Although nothing is known for certain about group's structure, goals and MO, it is perceived as similar to the Orion Syndicate. However, no ties between the two groups were established so far.
